Ich glaube es ist hier alles langsam etwas überspitzt und zu einer Handygrunsatzfrage ausgeartet, die es wohl eigentlich gar nicht sein sollte.
Ich nutze zu Hause auch ein Handy, für manche Dinge ist es inzwischen zwingend (z.B. zur Eröffnung eines Tagesgeldkontos bei einer Onlinebank, die darauf SMS-Tans verschickt)
Bei einer Reise überlege ich, ob ich es mitschleppen soll oder nicht. In Marokko z.B. habe ich es auch zu Hause gelassen. In jeder kleinen Stadt gibt es noch öffentliche Telefone, auf einsamen Pisten im Atlas keinen Handyempfang und wenn ich einen Unfall habe bekomme ich am Straßenrand die schnellste Hilfe von anderen Menschen. Was soll ich also damit? Gibt genug Zeug, das ich mitschleppe und das ich besser nutzen kann. Darum geht es doch und nicht darum, ob das Telefonieren andere Leute nervt und sonstige Handyunsitten.
