Hallo Leute ich stelle gerade mein "Erste Hilfe Set" neu zusammen. Es ist stark reduziert und kommt gut gekennzeichnet in einer Wasserdichten Tasche mit Klettverschluss an den Fahrradrahmen.

Der Inhalt:
- 1 Paar Lattex Handschuhe
- 1 steriles Verbandpäckchen Größe M (8 cm breit)
- 2 Streifen Heftpflaster (jeweils 10 cm x 6 cm)
- 1 Pflasterrolle (2.5 cm breit, 1m lang) Plastikring entfernt um Platz/Gewicht zu sparen
- 4 Schmerztabletten
- 4 Tabletten Durchfallmittel

kleine Schere, da überlege ich noch da ich ja eine Schere an meinem Victorinox hab, sowie eine Pinzette. Allerdings ist die kleine Schere steril und schnell zur Hand im Notfall.

Was ist aus eurer Erfahrung notwendig im Erste Hilfe Päckchen?

So lange dürfte die letzte Frage dazu noch nicht zurückliegen. zwinker Ich korrigiere erstmal oben in der Liste durch Durchstreichen. Tabletten kaufe ich nur im Falle des Falles. In insgesamt 15 Jahren mit je einer mehrwöchigen Radreise habe ich einmal ein Durchfallmittel erwerben müssen (Andalusien), zweimal habe ich Erkältungsmittel gekauft (Pyrenäen, Jura), einmal eine Sehnensalbe (Piemont). Schmerztabletten habe ich nicht mal zu Hause, habe ich bisher auch nur nach Zahnbehandlungen geschluckt. Mal eben eine Aspirin war nie meine Sache - absolut überflüssig, dient nur dem Konto der Pharmaindustrie. Was ich noch mitführe und noch nicht erwähnt wurde:
- Zugsalbe
- Zinksalbe
- Hirschtalgcreme o.ä.
- Ingwerknolle
