Die reine Bremswirkung ist nicht der Punkt. Ich bin auch schon mit der Cantilever-Bremse an meinem Uralt-Stahlross von 1990 über den Lenker abgestiegen.

Der Punkt ist die deutlich bessere Dosierbarkeit bei gleichzeitig viel geringeren Hebelkräften.


Ne, der Punkt ist, dass der TE fürchtete, dass V-Brakes nicht "gut genug" sind.
