Welcher Ost noerdlich von Hue in Vietnam, also Hanoi, Vientiane, Luang Prabang ist derzeit der Ort an dem man am einfachsten ein China Visum bekommt?

Ist es noch aktuell dass man in Luang Prabang ein Vietnam Visum bekommt?
