Hi, this year we set of for our big bicycle travel adventure for I hope at least two year. We want to start in Sao Paulo. So, does anybody have had experience in cycling out of Sao Paulo?

Any tips? Or bicycle routes in that area?

Thanks!

Hi,
to get any information on São Paulo area I suggest you to visit Clube de Cicloturismo do Brasil and register within the "Lista de Cicloturismo".
That's the best way to get precise and updated information on that area since in the São Paulo state there are for sure many cyclists happy to help you.

By the way I made a nice trip in the NORDESTE 2011 and I'm preparing my second trip in Brazil along the "Estrada Real" in the upcoming March-April 2013.

Good luck
Corrado
