Dear all cyclist, smile

I am Mohammad an Iranian cyclist, this year I have planed to cycle in some parts of Afghanistan and Tajikistan, now I would like to know if anybody traveled in these countries before? does anyone have any experiences?

I will be happy if you guys could give me some advise smile

Yes i have visited these country last year and I gona to enjoy with cycling . The parts of these cycle are very comfortable. I prefer you to use these parts in your cycle.
