Calling all cyclists! Do you travel the world, tour, race, or otherwise experience the world on your bike? Has this affected your worldview, your values or beliefs, your knowledge base? Don’t you wish there was a way to share these life-altering experiences with others? Well, you’re not the only one, so let’s make it happen!
PeaceBike is a non-profit organizations that seeks to promote a peaceful future by connecting people around the world through the journeys of cyclists. Our latest project requires your help, as we seek to connect elementary and secondary educators, including homeschoolers, with travelers and cyclists across the globe. Our goal is to bring the knowledge and wisdom of cyclists around the world directly to the fingertips of young people. We’re just in the designing stages right now, and we’re seeking as much feedback as possible from our target audience – you!
We’re hosting a web forum, as well as a series of teleconferences to brainstorm and refine ideas about our new web page and education packages. Teleconferences are scheduled for July 23, and 25, and August 6, and 8, so don’t waste any time. Come and help us make this what people like you want it to be! Our web forum can be found at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pbideateam/ or you can email us to join our email list-serve at
pbideateam-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. More information about the teleconferences is available on the web-forum. We look forward to hearing from you! Please also check out our web page at
