Da ich mir gerade auch überlege im Sommer nach Island zu fliegen, habe ich doch mal gleich nachgeschaut und folgendes gefunden:
Items such as golf equipment, bicycles, surfboards, hang gliders and skis, cost 18,00 EUR, one way (whether or not their weight is within the over all baggage allowance). Bicycles must be properly wrapped in plastic or corrugated cardboard with the handlebars turned inwards, the pedals removed and the tyres deflated. Iceland Express reserves the right to refuse to transport the above-mentioned items if they are in excess of the free allowance of 20kg.
Die Preise scheinen auf jedenfall ganz ok zu sein.

Will keine Werbung für Billigflieger machen, aber vielleicht besteht ja Interesse . Erforscht mal wie das mit der Fahrradmitnahme ist!
