Underway in Ireland

I am cycling from China to Ireland next Summer (with a little bit of Train). We will cycle 125 kms each day. Racing bikes, Travel light, no tents, staying in budget accomodation. The following is the planned route:

Mid June - Start of of July 2005:
Cycle from Urumqi (China) to Almaty (Kazachstan).

First week in July 2005: Train Transfer from Almaty to Atyrau (on the Caspian Sea).

Weeks 2, 3 and 4 of July 2005: Cycle from Atyrau Odesa.

August 2005: Cycle from Odesa (Ukraine) via Budapest, along the Danube to Donauwoerth in Germany, Heilbronn, Calais, Dover, England, Wales, ferry to Dublin.

I would be very happy if anyone wants to join me at any stage!!!

Hi Gearoid,

I'm currently planning to be heading the same way, only the opposite direction, at the same time, so maybe a head-on collision on the way?!
