Hi,

ich würde warten (Oman / UAE) als Alternative - bei schlechter Lage kannst Du gut von Dubai fliegen.

Bzgl. Kenia kann m.M.n. alles passieren von absoluter Ruhe bis Bürgerkrieg. In einem Monat weiß man mehr. Zu Uganda kann ich nichts sagen, außer mal die anderen auswärtigen Ämter durchklicken.

Hilft wahrscheinlich nicht wirklich weiter...
