Fürs Garmin Gerät würde ich die Gmapsupp.img emfehlen ...
Das ist am einfachsten.

bzw. die emntsprechende Seite für OpenMtbMap ... ah ne, die sind beide unter dem Link zu finden wie ich grad sehe :-).
