Ich glaube, das steht in der Geschäftsordnung vieler ehemaliger Sowjetrepubliken... unsicher

Nach meinen Erfahrungen und den Erzählungen von Mitforisten sind die russischen Offiziellen trotz unglaublicher Unfreundlichkeit aber durchaus korrekt. schmunzel
