Ich möchte gerne von Passau zum Elberadweg,gibts da radverbindungen,eventuell zum saaleradweg.

Natürlich. Infos findest Du beim Bayernnetz für Radler. Von Regensburg (Donau) nach Zell (Saale) geht es z.B. über Naabtal-, Waldnaabtal- und Fichtelnaab-Radweg. Die Beschilderung der bay. Radwege ist i.A. ausreichend, die Streckenqualität leider von Weg zu Weg unterschiedlich - mal gut, mal schlecht.
