Hallo, hier ist die Antwort aus Amerika:
For international shipments, we have a US$5.00
handling charge to cover the additional paperwork
involved.
We normally ship by the U.S. Post Office. They
have a rate calculator on the Web, click on:
<http://ircalc.usps.gov/weight.asp?contents=1&ASPSESSIONIDGQQQQQCW=EPNODNNCDMEANEEEFBNMAADD>
We don't know the exact weight until the parcel
is completely packed, so this is only good for
estimating the cost. (1 pound = 454 grams.)
These are not heavy items, however, and I would
not epect the postage to be more than $10-15. I
think these might even fit into a $9 flat rate
envelope.
If you were to order 10 or more, I could give you
a 10% discount, which would probably be greater
than the shipping/handling charges.
There are no U.S. taxes on international sales,
but your own country may charge an import duty.
We have no specific information on this, it is
handled by your own postal/customs authorities.
Please do not ask us to falsify customs information, we will not do this.
You can order by email, phone, FAX, snailmail.
(Please don't call in telephone orders on
weekends.)
We accept all major credit cards. Include the
card number and expiration date with your order.
Credit cards are by far the easiest way to handle
international transactions, as the credit card
company takes care of the currency exchange
(usually at a rather favorable rate.)
For actually placing orders, the best address to use is:
order@harriscyclery.netSome people worry about sending credit card
numbers in email, although actual fraud using
cracked card numbers is very rare (and is the
merchant's responsibility, not the cardholder's.)
If you are nervous about that, you could break it
apart and send it in two separate messages
(perhaps omitting such keywords as "visa" "card"
"expiration", etc.)
Alternatively, you could phone or FAX the
information, or our new secure server at
http://harriscyclery.net/site/itemdetails.cfm?ID=425 .
Please include ALL details of your order in the
same message, whichever medium you use. FAXes
and emails do not go to the same place, so a
FAXed credit card number without order specifics
will lead to delay and confusion.
All the best,
Sheldon
Wohlgemerkt US Dollar.
