Hi!
Das Problem ist, dass die Shimano 10fach MTB-Schaltwerke einen anderen Seileinzugweg haben. Entweder du baust es um (s. hier) oder du kaufst dir ein günstiges Shimano MTB-Schaltwerk für 9fach oder ein RR-Schaltwerk (hierbei auf die Kapazität achten).
