Sorry for my German but my understanding is slightly different:

In German:
- der Scheinwerfer muss so ausgerichtet werden, dass sein hellster Punkt in HV (mind. 10 lux)liegt
- entlang der Pfeillinien in, bzw. zwischen den Messpunkten (L1 bis R5) sind - Mindestbeleuchtungsstärken gefordert
in der Zone 1 darf die Lichtstärke 2 lux nicht übersteigen

in English:
The headlamp must be positioned or aligned in such a way that the brightest point in HV is minimum 10 lux.
Along the arrow lines, i.e. between the measurement points L1-R5 the illuminance must be the minimum required (i.e. 10 lux).
In Zone 1, the light intensity can not be greater than 2 lux.

Am I correct ??
