Hallo Steffen,

das hängt von der Kette ab, Ich fahre Rohloff Ketten, und ein Ritzelk hält bei mir knapp 20 tkm. Mit qualitativ schlechten Ketten ruiniert man das schneller, die Erfahrung hab ich am Anfang ein mal gemacht, danach hat es gereicht.
