I could not follow your calculation. The plot tells you the power in dependence of the velocity. As I told, I assume it was adjusted to 5V, but at least with respect to minor adjustments I expect a higher current I, provided the voltage U is dropped and vise versa (such that U*I remains at the level given in the plot).
