Ich komm mit einem nach vorn geneigten Brooks B17 Imperial gut zurecht. da bleibt der Druck auf den Sitzhöckern und der Damm / Prostata entlastet.

Alle Tips können für dich nur Anhaltspunkte sein, probieren musst Du selber.
