Ich habe das Problem an bumm geschildert: das interessiert die nicht, die verweisen stur auf den Händler.

Weil dieser Dein Vertragspartner ist und darüber entscheidet wie es weitergeht, Garantiefall, Gewährleistung oder Kulanz.

Ich kann die Reaktion von denen nachvollziehen. Kauf mal ein Produkt aus fernost und ruf mal dort an
