We are excited to offer our prepublication special to you. Our book will be available to the public in December 2004 but you can purchase your copy sooner by taking advantage of our limited advanced print run. You will receive an autographed book for $21.95. This special price includes shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes.

Advanced print runs are usually promotional copies for only book reviewers. We have decided to print a limited number of additional books and make them available to the cycling public. We will personally handle the receiving and shipping of all orders. Orders will be taken until our supplies run out.
