Hallo,

ich nutze MapFactor Navigator seit einer ganzen Weile und bin damit recht zufrieden. Das ist komplett kostenlos und ich find es besser als Osmand. Die Karten sind die gleichen wie Osmand (OpenStreetMap), die Software find ich besser.
