A few friends and I are looking to plan a mini cycle tour of portugal visiting porto, lisbon and the algarve could somebody please advise of any good experiences of finding decent (cheap) hotels in any of these areas as we are hopeingto have a short stopover in each

Lisbon = Holiday Inn about £20 a night
Porto = A place called Malaposta a bit more at £25 a night

still looking for one in algarve its seems very pricey round there cos of all the holiday business anyone got any ideas where we can find a decent hostel?
