Hello tourers.

The Loaded Touring Bike - Photo Gallery, as many of you know is a worldwide reference of loaded touring bicycles and the Gallery has just under 2 million page vistits per year.

New in 2013:

The gallery is now on Facebook and the number of followers is growing fast. Just search FB for The Loaded Touring Bike. I'm also getting ready to bring back the links and journals page.

This site has always been a free touring bike reference and source for inspiration to the touring world and I'm happy to continue it into the future.

Happy touring! schmunzel

Yes. Two Penny-Farthings. Image #50 and #350, same tourer. He built them both himself and toured over 35,000KM on the second one. http://www.crazyguyonabike.com/doc/joff1

A remarkable thing to do, but each person's own big tour is remarkable on some level.

Tailwinds.

Thanks for the offer. Sorry to hear about that. I have my hands full, funding and running The Loaded Touring Bike, which is going into year 8. It's a good thing that i'm retired, but I should be out riding more.

We actually tried to start our own small loaded TB gallery on our wiki- page, but it did not quite catch on that well so far, see here: http://radreise-wiki.de/Reiserad-Galerie

I admire your page for years and was sad when it was no longer maintained for a while. Glad to see that it is running again; I might submit my touring bikes to your site, too, but am still waiting for a really good shot; I've got two touring bikes, a tandem and now also a touring proof folding bike.
This shot is actually not that bad:

volvo, ergo sum!
