Hi,

I'm planning a trip from Zagreb (Croatia) , Bosnia, Montenegro and back along the cost of croatia.

So far the route is as followed planned:

Zagreb - Bihac (Bosnia) - Jajce - Travnik - Sarajevo - Foca - Zabljak (Montenegro) - Niksic - Kotor - Dubrovnik - Split.

Does anyone has experience about roads, traffic?
Or any other useful information?

THANKS FOR EVERY HELP!!
Felix

Hi!

Zagreb - Sarajevo was last year a part of our journey.
Streets in Bosnia are pretty good. People are friendly but often a bit confused about cyclists.

You should camp in the wilderness due to danger of hot landmines. But Hotels, Hostels, Camping grounds (If you find some) are cheap and maybe you can find a small place for camping private property.

Never forget: Mines could be anywhere. So don't leave proper tracks.

By the way: Sounds all bit more dangerous than it really is, but you have to keep in mind that there could be a mine 2 meters beside common streets. But Bosnia is wonderful - amazing landscape.
