hello everyone,

I set off for a world bike trip in June 2006 in Lithuania. Now arrived in Caucasus and spend the winter here. In spring I want to continue going through Armenia (May), Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan to China, TIbet.

For me it is ok to travel alone, but I also like company. Since here the distances between the villages will be big, I would appreciate to travel with someone.

I wonder if there are people setting off in the same direction, maybe we can travel together.

I cycle maybe 60 - 100 km a day, but put emphasis on getting to know people, languages and FOOD, so sometimes i stay in places for few days.

hey danielito, this sounds good!
write me an email grooshia eta gmail com when you are in turkey, then we can further coordinate the trip. i myself prefer going through central asia, since the border region between iran and pakistan is not safe at all. but maybe we can travel some distance together.

Hi,
I'm in the early stages of planning a cycle trip thru central asia. I would be interested to see if our paths might cross at some point. I love travelling by bike, really getting a feel for people and the land that I think you can only experince throught this form of travel. I don't mind travelling alone, but like you say in this area of the world it would be good to travel with someone.
Great website by the way.
happy peddling
