we have been running from the Titicaca to Cusco and further on to Junin. Met some bikers on the road. The route is to do easily. From Titicaca to Cusco is all paved, be careful if you want to camp, especially arround Juliaca. From Cusco take the road via Andahuaylas, Ayacucho, should be no big problem, but a lot of ups and downs. Feel free to ask some special questions. The road from La Oroya down to Lima is horrible, better do not ride it!
