as far as i understand, you are looking for a good secondhand-touringbike and would like to buy it somewhere in europe.
before talking about million of options, you should write a bit more about yourself (your name or nickname?, your profile is looking rather poor.) after knowing more about who you are and your intentions and possibilities, i am sure, you will receive lots of helpful advice from other members.
