where are u planning to bike during 12th august 06 and for how long me im planning to do an european cycle trip and then a spanish trip i'd like to get to southern spain im 19years old
how old are u ? what's your bike rate(how many kms are u doing per day? about me it's often between 160 and 240km a day

I'm vasc but not so strong as you I suposse, do not consider this joke please, but as far as I know 240Km for traveling could not be very healthy depending of course of each one. I'm 38yo and perhaps that's why I tell you that. Anyway thank for your quick answer!
