How To Get Visa

hello ladies and gentleman, i have a question..

a friend of me who is now working in Russia wants to go to Germany. She is a thai and she wants to go Germany for working. i guess she got a job from there. so please tell me if she have to come back to bangkok to get her visa or can she get it from Russia? she lives in moscow.

I don't know exactly, but best bet would be to check with the German Consulate in Moscow? If she's got a legal status, there shouldn't be a problem with getting the necessary paperwork done there.
