das Empfehelungsschreiben der Deutschen Botschaft hatte folgenden Wortlaut:
To Whom It May Concern
This is to introduce the German nationals
Mr. M.W., holder of vald German passport no.9999999
and
Mr. B.S., holder of valid German passport no.9999999
who informed this Embassy that they intend to visit the People`s Republic of China by bicycle.
Any possible assistance to facilitate their project would be appreciated.
