Hi everybody,

Juli 2012 will be a special birthday and I'm looking for a special 5-6 weeks push bike tour round Canada.
This is what I prefer to do:

500 km/week
more flat than steep
picking up me tent only on campsides
daily food-shopping must be possible
easy getting there from an international airport

Please tell me your ideas, internet links and literature advises.

Thank you

Ingrid

We did Thunder Bay to Toronto once and the Trans Canada highway is way too busy .
The Eastern Maritimes is good as is the Rockies. If you want more flat, I'd put my $ on the maritimes. Newfoundland, PEI, New Brunswick.
Good thing too its only a short flight from Europe and easy access from New York airport. Montreal would also be a good starting point.

www.crazyguyonabike.com seems to be the best for cycling info
