>"russian standard".
Vodka? Affirmative.
But no standards relating to urban short-distance traffic.
Supposably the biggest export sold to many dicatorical regimes worldwide is the no. one killing machine AK-47, setting international industrial standards in deadly business in automatic fire by servicemen, merceneries and its opponents. Never thought open-source(!) can do that mischief. There's nothing at all something meaningful from the commies or its successors for civilian usability. Anger is a gift.
