No need for Rabies vaccine I think. Malaria pills is probably a good idea especially if you will be riding the Northern parts of Thailand. While in Thailand, especially in the evenings, it is also a good idea to use the typical mosquito repellent spray which is quite available.
I always remember the fantastic cycling we did there and I am sure you will enjoy it as well.
