From Tampere (FINLAND) to Finisterre (NW SPAIN)

Hi there,

I am about organising a trip starting in Tampere (Finland) and finishing in Finisterre (North West Spain).

I would like to do the last kilometers of the journey, from St Jean Pie de Port (France), along “el Camino de Santiago”, to Finisterre (North West Spain).

I am thinking of different alternatives to finish defining the itinerary, and I was wondering whether you could give me any recommendations.

I would like to know what it is like to cycle on the roads in:

Estonia
Latvia
Lithuania
Poland
Czek Republik
Slovakia
Hungary
Croatia
Slovenia ???

Once in VARSOVIA, I am considering either going to Prague or heading down to Budapest...what would you recommend me? I would like to set my itinerary taking into account things like security and facilities to cycle, rather than just the distance.
