Equador and Peru maps

Can anyone recommend good maps for cycle-touring in Equador and Peru? We would like to go off the beaten track, but not too technical - we will be riding a fully loaded tandem!

i travelled with a map from 'Reise Know-How' .
link. even locals told me that this was the best maps of their country they have ever seen.

just don' t miss the quilotoa circuit.
