hi, is it possible to cycle the river rhine through germany, im trying to find a river route through to the danube from either holland or belgium.

Yes, there is a cycling route alongside the river which should be signposted (as shown above). This website might help you to find a convenient route connecting the two rivers, as I haven't really got much of a clue about that area.

There is a "Heidelberg-Schwarzwald-Bodensee Radweg" which could be a connection between the two rivers.
Sorry, could not find any english information about it.

Hi,

in south Germany you have to leave the rhine right North of the Kaiserstuhl volcanoe. Head direction Riegel and Freiburg. Then you can follow the River Dreisam up to the Black Forest mountains. You have to cross them (there are several small and big, nice and ugly routes) and head to Donaueschingen where the spring of the Danube is.
